Olive oil from different perspectives

One year.

One year of our brief existence has passed. 

To celebrate this 1st anniversary, we challenged  Portuguese artist Claúdia Oliveira to produce a paper doll that could represent the project. 

The result is Maria Oliva! 

All Marias Paperdolls made by Cláudia (who has exported and exhibited worldwide) have in their genesis the circular economy and sustainability, concepts that connect perfectly with the Oliva&Med project.

Maria Oliva is produced with paper from newspapers collected from circulation, which Cláudia transforms and gives a new value to them, creating a new product that looks good anywhere. The basket is made from Piorna, a vegetable fiber from Baião.

This Maria Oliva is priced at 200€ and you can order it through our facebook and LinkedIn pages. 

It has been a wonderful year, full of challenges and confidence in the future, promoting olive oil, its culture and its spots.
